El futuro de las instituciones culturales de este país no se va a solucionar solo con nuevas asignaciones de fondos. La solución a la problemática cultural debe venir desde adentro de la institución que la fomenta, la mediatiza y la administra. El cambio debe ser una cambio de visión, que involucre y considere a todas las partes que se ocupan y participan de ese quehacer cultural. De esta manera, y sin esperar a que nos inviten, una parte de la comunidad artística decidió asumir responsabilidad dentro de esa jornada de quehaceres que identificamos como artistas, gestores y participantes de esa tarea cultural.
